Access to station

• The station is situated on Park Lane with separate entrances to each platform.
• Access to Platform 1 is off Park Lane either by an inclined footway and access road, stairs off the Park Lane bridge, or by footpath from Etal Crescent.
• Car park adjacent to Platform 1 via road off Park Lane with 19 unclassified bays and 1 designated accessible parking bay.
• Access to Platform 2 is by ramp off Park Lane or by footpath from Earsdon Road via health centre.

Access to ticketing areas

• Platform 1 no dropped kerbs from car park but otherwise level.
• Platform 2 ramp access from Park lane has guard-rails only but entrance off ramp and footpath is level.

Access between platforms

• This station has a degree of step-free access to the platforms, which may be in both directions or in one direction only.
• Via Park Lane bridge.
