- Located on Station Road with separate entrances for each platform.
- Entrance to Platform 1 is off St. George’s Road, then a footpath adjacent to public library. Path slopes fairly steeply down towards station with handrail and lighting.
- Entrance to Platform 2 is directly off Station Road.
- There is a car park with 22 unclassified parking spaces and 1 designated accessible bay at the Station Road entrance.

Access between platforms
- This station has a degree of step-free access to the platforms, which may be in both directions or in one direction only.
- Direct access is by footbridge with stairs at each side.
- Wheelchair users must use the Mast Lane bridge to the south of the station, via Marden Terrace and St. George’s Road or vice versa.
