• The station is located on an embankment between Pathside and Durham Drive with separate entrances for each platform.
• Car parking is provided on Durham Drive with 53 unclassified parking bays and 2 designated accessible bays.

Access to ticketing areas

• Access to Platform 1 is by lift or stairs from Pathside
• Access to Platform 2 is by lift or stairs from Durham Drive, note that on this side the lift is approached by ramp or stairs.
• Due to the location of the station on top of a high embankment the main stairs are very long but they meet accessibility standards.
• A Help Point is located beside each lift entrance at ground level.
